Smoking is not allowed in the rooms as well as in all of the Villa Evelin internal public areas. In case that smoking is found to be in a room, the Villa Evelin will charge a € 150 cleaning fee to your account before or after check-out.

Customer behaviour

Guests are kindly requested to respect the hours of communal peace, to behave respectfully and to respect other Villa Evelin occupants and staff. Also, all tenants must comply with the Villa Evelin regulations, while the Villa Evelin reserves the right to refuse access or to evict, subject to any reservation, any person whose conduct is considered to be unlawful, abusive or reprehensible. In this case the Villa Evelin is not obliged to pay any compensation.

Accommodation guests / outside guests

Only guests registered as beneficiaries when booking the room have the right to use the room. If an outside visitor wishes to meet a certain Villa Evelin visitor, this meeting must be held in public areas.

Damages and Room Damage

In the event of damage to the room or to the wider area due to deceit or negligence, the Villa Evelin reserves the right to charge the amount of the damage suffered, including the loss due to discontinuance of its activities, on its credit / debit card registered customer. In case the room is delivered with a strong smell of food that has soaked the furniture and fabrics or any damage there will be a cleaning fee of €150. In case the customer has not paid by credit / debit card but in cash or otherwise the Villa Evelin will require immediate payment of the amount of the damage he has suffered by the customer, otherwise the Villa Evelin reserves all its legal right.

The Villa Evelin does not bear any liability if it cannot fulfill its obligations to the visitor, in whole or in part, due to force majeure. (Indicative of strikes, floods or disasters).

Limitation of Liability

Each visitor is responsible, throughout his / her stay at the Villa Evelin, for safekeeping his / her personal belongings (valuable items, money, etc.). In case of loss of items not declared at the reception, the management and Villa Evelin staff are not responsible.

Reservations

By making a reservation at Villa Evelin, you declare full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation, booking, payment and cancellation policies of the Villa Evelin. The terms and conditions described below apply to all bookings.

All listed rates are in Euro, per room and per night, and require a stay of at least six (6) nights. All prices include all legal taxes, VAT and the new “Climate Resilience Tax” (Law 5162/2024, Article 24), which entered into force on 1 January 2025 which is 2.00€/night.

Advance payment and payment

All the bookings are confirmed with an advance payment up to 25% of the total accommodation cost. The rest amount is paid upon your arrival at Villa Evelin.

Advance payment must be deposited within three business days of the publication of the Villa Evelins’ proper information. In case the advance payment is not paid within the (3) working days, the reservation is considered void and the rooms are available for rent. A copy of the transaction (deposit receipt) must be sent to the Villa Evelin must be sent to the Villa Evelin (by email) no later than three (3) days from the booking request.

Upon arrival, full payment of any amount is made, depending on the value of the stay.

Arrival Time – Departure Time

The time of arrival (check in) is between 14.00 - 18.00 and departure time (check out) is between 08.00 - 10.00.

Applicable Law

The above-mentioned terms are governed by Greek law, and Greek courts have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising in connection with them.
